We provide standard shipping in select countries and express delivery for most destinations. The available shipping methods for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.

Please note that orders may need a signature upon delivery. Currently, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), or Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

Delivery Times
- Express Delivery: Most of Europe and the US within 2-3 days. Other global destinations within 4-7 days.
- Standard Delivery: Available in certain countries, with delivery within 5-7 days.

Duties and Taxes
Orders from within your region may incur import duties. These are not included at checkout and must be paid as per the courier's request. Sales tax will be charged on all items shipped to Minnesota (MN).

Tracking your Order
After placing your order, we'll email you the details. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your account under "Track Your Order." 

Insurance - Additional insurance may be required on international packages. 

Delivery times vary between 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the type of shipping. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to other issues beyond our control. 

Returns - Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. In alignment with our commitment to offering the highest quality luxury products, please note that items from select premium brands, including Chanel, Hermes, Versace, Gucci, Dior, Burberry, Fendi, and Dolce & Gabbana, are subject to a specialized return policy. For purchases from these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
