Return & Refund Policy

At Ellie Belle, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. We accept returns for a full refund, store credit or exchange, depending on the customer's choice. 

Returns: are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, sale-able, with original tags and packaging (if applicable). Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Altered apparel, special orders, cloth face mask coverings, or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

In alignment with our commitment to offering the highest quality luxury products, please note that items from Chanel and Hermes are subject to a specialized return policy. Returns on Chanel and Hermes products must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt, for a refund. All other items outside of these brands fall under Ellie Belle's standard 30-day return policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the integrity of our luxury product offerings. To start a return, please visit our Returns page. 

Refunds: Free Returns with Redo. Must be selected at checkout to qualify. Return shipping costs are covered by Ellie Belle if a customer selects the "free returns with redo" option at checkout. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return fees. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Ship eligible returns and include the return packing slip so your return can be easily processed quicker.

Exchanges: We will offer an even-dollar exchange for an alternate size or color of the same item. Or a different item, and if the price is more or less, we will credit you the balance, or you pay the extra. If your item does not meet the conditions outlined below, please contact us. The following rules and restrictions apply:

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
If the original item is not returned within 30 days of exchange submission, you will be charged for the original item.
By submitting an online exchange, you authorize Ellie Belle to a.) credit the original form of payment for the item being returned and b.) charge your preferred form of payment for the new item upon finalizing the exchange.

Items received as a gift or purchased with a gift card do not qualify for online exchange. Please contact Customer Support for questions.

Please note that our responsibility for your package ends once the shipping company has confirmed delivery. The tracking information provided by the carrier, which includes the delivery date and time, serves as our proof of delivery. In cases where the carrier reports a successful delivery, any subsequent loss or theft of the package must be addressed by the customer. This policy is in place due to the complexities involved with shipping and delivery processes that are outside of our control once the package leaves our facility.

Ellie Belle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Please allow 5 to 10 days for processing your return and refund.
