We provide standard shipping in select countries and express delivery for most destinations. The available shipping methods for your order and destination will be shown at checkout.Delivery Times International Duties and Taxes All taxes and duties are included in the price; there will be no additional payments required upon delivery. If you receive a duty fee request before delivery, please contact us. In the event of a return, these taxes will be deducted from your refund.
T racking your Order - After placing your order, we'll email you the details. Your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order in your account under "Track Your Order."
Insurance - Additional insurance may be required on international packages.

Returns - Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Chanel and Hermes are subject to a specialized return policy. For purchases from these brands, returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund.
